Shipping questions

How much does shipping cost?
All shipping in the USA is 100% FREE! What you see for the price of the item is exactly what the total cost will be inside the USA.

For all other countries there is a flat fee of $9.00 for all patches. That means if you order one item or more, the shipping cost will still be the same low price. So it’s cheaper to buy more!

Each country has their own import, duty or VAT fees they may impose on orders coming from outside the country. You may be required to pay those fees, if any before you can get your package. It is up to you to know your countries fees, rules and regulations for packages originating outside your country.

Do you ship outside the United States?
YES! We now ship to Canada and most other major countries.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use USPS for all shipping, both inside and outside the USA. We find they are fastest for our type of products and lowest cost, which helps keeps your cost lower also.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?
For orders of only 1-2 small or medium patches inside the USA you will NOT get a tracking number as we ship them via first class envelope. That helps us keep the cost lower so you save money. All International orders have tracking numbers.

For orders of 3 or more small to medium patches, all large patches and any other products we sell you WILL get a tracking number as we will send them either first class package or priority mail.

How long will it take to get my order?
We normally ship the same day or next working day. At the most it will be two working days before shipping. Depending on where you live it will then take one to seven days to receive your item inside the USA. So 2-9 days from the day you place your order.

For orders outside the USA it can take anywhere from 8 to 18 days depending on your country location, rules and regulations.

Payment Questions

What do you take for payment?
We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club, debit cards and prepaid debit cards.

You also can choose to pay by PayPal as a second option on the checkout page. If you use PayPal the store name on the PayPal page will say “Quality BIker Patches”, our parent company.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, the “Your Account” and Checkout pages are protected by SSL encryption. Once your on the “your account” or “checkout” page (unless you have nothing in your cart) look in the left side of your browser address bar. You will see this site starts with https and has a padlock icon. This tells you your on a secure site.

So all information you enter on those pages will be protected. If you have nothing in your cart clicking the checkout page just directs you to the cart page, so you will not see the secure icon until you have something in your cart.

Do you store my payment Information?
At the time you place an order all credit card info goes directly to our payment processor, we never see your card info. We will only store your payment information if you make an account in our store and choose to save your payment information in your account. Otherwise no, we will not store your payment information.

Returns questions

Do you take returns?
Yes, we take returns for any reasons for a full refund or replacement or exchange. Please include a copy of your receipt.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the time you get your item to notify us that you want to return it.

How can I notify you I want to return an item?

Who pays the return item shipping?
Since we offer free shipping inside the USA, we think it’s only fair you pay the return shipping. If your getting an exchange due to the wrong size or a defect we will pay for the shipping of the replacement item. So we will be paying for two shipping charges, the first time and the second time. You would only pay once, the return of the first item.
